Designed network, systems, and physical layout to maximize up-time and administrative simplicity while minimizing opportunities for human-error. Migrated VMware ESX hosts into vSphere DRS Cluster, improved reliability and up-time by implementing high-availability and failover for virtual hosts and guests. This change essentially eliminated unexpected application down time caused by VM host maintenance.
